Ideally located to enjoy st Lucia beauty and sea. View is breathtaking and certainly a welcome therapy for the mind.

This is a paradise on earth - Best view to Caribbean ocean and the Pacific Ocean at the same time for a balcony view- special antic style mixed with a fine modern art inside out of the place and a veritable high ceiling for a comfort stay in Saint Lucia. The cuisine is a mind blowing shape for people that like to cook confortable with a smooth antic stone island design.
We stayed 5 days to the top villa and enjoyed every single day and used some mangoes and breadfruit to cook local famous mango salad. I would highly recommend Gina Villa and annexe for a better experience paradise in alive. For family vacay. Better than any hotel around.
Finally the sounds system and the top hill pool are my favourite parts of enjoyment- but I’m sure my wife has a different taste and my two sons as well. We had a blast every singly second over there and would do it again but with experience this time. We are planing to stay there 3 weeks next time.
Cosmos and Chris are best in doing this for all your need of a healthy and high level vacation experience.

Beautiful accomodations, lovely breezes, amazing views. Chris was helpful communicating and arranging our groups day trips around the island and transport to and from the airport. My family vacationed at this villa in St. Lucia. It was convenient to town with shopping and restaurants. Beautiful views and the owner and property manager made our trip seamless making arrangements for excursions, rental car, and transportation from the airport. Highly suggest staying here.

The private Gina villa is spacious with an authentic Caribbean vibe and plenty of private sleeping areas for 6. The views off the balcony are beautiful! It's located in the nicest part of the area and very safe with a short walk to Pigeon Island park! The private pool is above the villa a few steps and lovely. We were so glad the manager Chris (and his dog Rex) were there to help us out in so many ways like calling drivers or picking up our take out orders. He even did our laundry!! The only small issue we had was occasional mosquitoes at night which we fixed by closing screen doors and spraying a bit of bug spray but no big deal. Would stay again! The owner was also responsive to questions prior to the trip which was reassuring. Having a car might be a good idea so you can drive places on your own but our drivers were easy to work with.

4 of us went to St. Lucia for a wedding and stayed at this villa. Villa was perfect. Clean, tidy, fully functioning kitchen, parking, AC in the bedrooms etc. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was also very handy. What made our experience even better was Chris, the villa manager, who was an incredible resource. Not only did he give fun ideas for what we could do on the island, he also cooked us a (delicious) traditional St. Lucian meal, and was very hospitable. Great host and great place!

Had a wonderful stay at the St. Lucia Villa Rentals run by Cosmos. The cottage was peaceful and clean, and the views were amazing. We had fresh coconut most days from the garden! The location is perfect- The beach is a few minutes away and there are other beaches within a few minutes drive, as well as a supermarket and Gros Islet where there are local restaurants and a street party on Friday nights.
